Easy access to invoice history
You'll never be more than a few clicks away from a detailed history of every invoice we've ever sent; old and new invoices, how much you paid, when you paid and more.
Monthly retainer task breakdown
Manage every task we've completed for you, down to the minute. You'll never wonder: "What has Mike done for me lately". The maintenance plan tab in the billing part of your account will tell you how much time you've purchased in a given month, how much time we used, what we used it on, and how much time will roll over to the next month.
Monthly retainer update emails
At the beginning of each month you'll receive an update email that summarizes the state of your maintenance plan for the previous month. Not only does this help you stay in control of your monthly website tasks but it frequently starts a dialog where we can stay in touch with our customers and their current needs.
Support ticketing system
Find a bug on your site? Need our help with something? Whether you need technical support or want us to do some additional work for you, creating a support ticket makes sure that each step of your request is documented and handled from start to finish.
